Q1. Is Penrith Toyota open?

As at June 28th 2021, Penrith Toyota remains open and operating. All of our departments, including Service, Parts, New and Pre-Owned Vehicle sales are currently open and waiting to help you.

Our Service and Parts departments are open to carry out repair, warranty, recall and critical maintenance work. Please contact us by online chat or calling (02) 8805 9500 to confirm availability.

Q2. Can I get my car serviced?

We are currently operating to carry out repair, warranty, recall and critical maintenance work., and will continue to service existing service appointments and take on all new appointments. We are taking extended measures to sanitise your vehicle prior to our staff working on it, and will then sanitise your vehicle after works have been completed. We are taking every precaution to ensure we are delivering a safe service.
 


Q3. I need to reschedule my upcoming service booking. How do I do that?

Q4. Is the Service Courtesy Bus still operating?

No. Our courtesy bus is not running at the moment. However, we have a fleet of courtesy vehicles for your convenience. Please contact us via online chat or on (02) 8805 9500 to book a loan vehicle.

 

Q5. Can I still wait for my car to be serviced?

Yes, if you advised our team at the time of booking, you can wait for your car in our lounge. However, please practise social distancing and good hand hygiene.
