Last week, Toyota officially unveiled the All-New Kluger to our team! Where Freedom meets Family, the All-New Kluger brings a new level of style, safety and comfort to the Toyota line up.

The launch of Australia's first Hyrbid SUV two years ago was met with unprecidented demand, and we believe this will be no different 🍃

The GR Yaris AP4 rally car project started in March 2020. Toyota Australia's product team, and its factory-backed rally team, began using virtual reality technology to experiment with exterior design concepts.

The Gazoo Racing team took the Yaris for a spin to test it to the limits. Built from the ground up for WRC, the guys really sum up how they felt about the car during their run.

When Penrith Toyota joined forces with Paige Hadley, we knew we could bring something special to Penrith. So when we told Paige we'd like to run our own clinics for local juniors, she loved the idea!

What Ability is a support service joining children and adults with a disability with professional athletes as carers, and giving them the most wonderful, happy experiences. And there are some big-hearted athletes building some pretty extraordinary bonds with these special kids.

NRL Stars including Austin Dias, Dylan Brown, Reed Mahoney and Netballers Jamie Lee Price and Kristiana Manu'a do tremendous work on weekends and their days off to take children to activities, giving parents essential downtime.

It's Steve's goal to get every professional athlete to join the program... what a goal that is. And one that we're so proud and grateful to be a part of 🙏

Together we’ve planned a super year ahead including plenty of local appearances and our very own junior netball clinic with Paige. In 2019 we delivered over 1600 dream cars to new Toyota owners and serviced over 10,000 Toyota vehicles. We never lose sight of the enormity of taking home a new car... it's our every day, but it's your milestone moment. That's not lost on us.

We are so fortunate that our business allows us to be part of the Penrith community in ways that are so much larger than vehicles. In 2019 we've got up close and personal with some pretty inspirational Penrith leaders... Phil from Percy Plunkett, the team at Penrith Men's Walk and Talk, the Luke Priddis Foundation, Penrith Panthers... organisations that are paving the way for a newfound community culture in Penrith. The Penrith Men's Walk and Talk is one of those causes. It stands for an issue that cannot be ignored, and that must be talked about. Men's mental health. Blokes make up an average six out of every eight suicides every single day in Australia. The number of men who die by suicide in Australia every year is nearly double the national road toll... We've all got special blokes in our lives, so this statistic scares the proverbial 💩 out of us.

It's simple really... a group of men take a walk around our scenic river, talk and support each other.. and no one walks alone. Ever. The stereotype that men should never express their emotions and should never talk about their struggles is being crushed by this great local initiative.

We've said it many times, and we'll continue to sing it loud... we're proud to be Penrith, we're proud to be a part of this incredible community. And it was our pleasure and honour to be involved in the Penrith Men's Walk and Talk last week.

[COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT] There aren't many people in this world that seriously light you up... that warm your heart, that awakens your spirit and makes you want to go home and tackle those dreams.. but Phil Hallani from Percy Plunkett is one of those people. Today is Planet Ark National Tree Day for Schools 🌿

Together with James Tamou and Frank Winterstein from Penrith Panthers we visited St Mary MacKillop Primary, Penrith South to plant over 150 trees in their front garden.

The children were pretty chuffed to rub shoulders with their local sporting heroes while getting their hands dirty. And wouldn't you know it, Frank Winterstein loves a bit of gardeningl! #greenthumbmuch

Last week we joined the Luke Priddis Foundation for their Annual Charity Golf Day in raising funds for families and children living with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other special needs. This organisation is at the very heart of our Penrith community, and their work to improve awareness and services for families facing ASD is extraordinary.

We may have lost the golf competition that day, we may have lost a lot of golf balls along the way... but having the ability to support such a special cause in a special community, that's what makes our day ✨
